GB/T 34657的本部分規(guī)定了電動(dòng)汽車(chē)傳導(dǎo)充電互操作性測(cè)試對(duì)供電設(shè)備的檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則、測(cè)試條件、測(cè)試項(xiàng)目、測(cè)試方法及合格評(píng)判。本部分適用于符合GB/T 18487.1-2015規(guī)定的電動(dòng)汽車(chē)供電設(shè)備,包括纜上控制與保護(hù)裝置、交流充電樁、非車(chē)載充電機(jī)等。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了電動(dòng)汽車(chē)非車(chē)載傳導(dǎo)式充電機(jī)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)充電機(jī))與電池管理系統(tǒng)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)BMS)之間的通信協(xié)議一致性測(cè)試要求、一致性測(cè)試系統(tǒng)以及一致性測(cè)試內(nèi)容。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于對(duì)聲明符合GB/T 27930-2015的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行協(xié)議一致性測(cè)試。
本規(guī)范規(guī)定了電動(dòng)汽車(chē)非車(chē)載充電機(jī)監(jiān)控單元(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)充電機(jī))與電池管理系統(tǒng)(Battery Management System,以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)BMS)之間的通信協(xié)議。本規(guī)范適用于采用傳導(dǎo)式充電方式的電動(dòng)汽車(chē)用非車(chē)載充電機(jī)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了電動(dòng)汽車(chē)用公共充電基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的技術(shù)要求、試驗(yàn)方法、標(biāo)志和標(biāo)識(shí)、公共平臺(tái)監(jiān)控。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于在上海市建設(shè)的電動(dòng)乘用車(chē)用公共充電基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,上海市建設(shè)的電動(dòng)商用車(chē)用公共充電基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施可參照本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相關(guān)內(nèi)容。
This part of ISO 15118 specifies the communication between battery electric vehicles (BEV) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) and the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment. The application layer message set defined in this part of ISO 15118 is designed to support the energy transfer from an EVSE to an EV. This part of ISO 15118 defines messages, data model, XML/EXI based data representation format, usage of V2GTP, TLS, TCP and IPv6. In addition, it describes how data link layer services can be accessed from a layer 3 perspective.
This part of ISO 15118 specifies the requirements of the physical and data link layer for a high-level communication, directly between battery electric vehicles (BEV) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV), termed as EV (electric vehicle) [ISO-1], based on a wired communication technology and the fixed electrical charging installation [Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE)] used in addition to the basic signalling, as defined in IEC 61851. It covers the overall information exchange between all actors involved in the electrical energy exchange. This International Standard is applicable for (manually) connected conductive charging.
