本部分規(guī)定了石油天然氣工業(yè)人工舉升用螺桿泵的設(shè)計、設(shè)計驗證、設(shè)計確認(rèn)、生產(chǎn)和數(shù)據(jù)控制、性能評價、維修、操作和貯存的相關(guān)要求。本部分包括了規(guī)范性附錄,對定子橡膠材料的測試、設(shè)計確認(rèn)以及性能評價等方面提出了要求。此外,資料性附錄包含以下信息:螺桿泵需求信息表、安裝指南、操作指南、螺桿泵橡膠的選擇和測試、修理和檢查、使用后的螺桿泵的評價、螺桿泵驅(qū)動桿柱的選用以及輔助設(shè)備。本部分適用于人工舉升用螺桿泵的設(shè)計、制造、檢驗、試驗、維護(hù)及貯存。
本部分對石油天然氣工業(yè)使用的螺桿泵地面驅(qū)動裝置的設(shè)計、設(shè)計驗證和有效性、制造和數(shù)據(jù)控制、性能評價和維修等方面提出了要求。本部分適用于滿足地面驅(qū)動裝置定義的產(chǎn)品。同時,附錄提供了剎車系統(tǒng)的選擇、安裝、操作以及抽油桿的選擇和使用等信息。除了整體設(shè)計,本部分不涵蓋以下設(shè)備:底部驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)、抽油桿、光桿卡瓦、密封盒、電控設(shè)備、儀表、外部電源轉(zhuǎn)換設(shè)備、輔助設(shè)備(如皮帶、皮帶輪和設(shè)備護(hù)罩)。其他標(biāo)準(zhǔn)里可能會覆蓋這些設(shè)備的內(nèi)容。
為了使小型火力發(fā)電廠(以下簡稱發(fā)電廠)在設(shè)計方面滿足安全可靠、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)適用、節(jié)約能源、保護(hù)環(huán)境的要求,制定本規(guī)范。本規(guī)范適用于高溫高壓及以下參數(shù)、單機容量在125MW以下、采用直接燃燒方式、主要燃用固體化石燃料的新建、擴建和 改建火力發(fā)電廠的設(shè)計。小型火力發(fā)電廠的設(shè)計除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范外,尚應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
本規(guī)范適用于新建、擴建、改建的陸上油氣田工程、管道站場工程和海洋油氣田陸上終端工程的防火設(shè)計。
本規(guī)范適用于新建、擴建和改建的城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠工程質(zhì)量驗收。
本規(guī)范適用于陸上油田、灘海陸采油田和海上油田陸岸終端油氣集輸工程設(shè)計。
本規(guī)范適用范圍如下:制漿規(guī)模0.25Mt/a及以上,生產(chǎn)燃料水煤漿或氣化水煤漿的新建、改建和擴建工程設(shè)計;單臺鍋爐容量35t/h及以上,以水煤漿為燃料的新建、改建、擴建的發(fā)電、供熱工程設(shè)計。
本規(guī)范適用于新建、改建和擴建項目的聚酯及固相縮聚設(shè)備工程安裝與質(zhì)量驗收。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機的要求、制造、安裝和驗收要求,測試方法,標(biāo)志、檢驗合格證、使用說明書及包裝、運輸、貯存。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于在軟土中運用的φ5.5m~φ7m土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機。
本規(guī)范適用于新建、擴建、改建、遷建及設(shè)備大修的真空制鹽工廠整體安裝設(shè)備和現(xiàn)場組焊設(shè)備安裝工程施工及驗收,包括鹵水凈化、蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶、脫水、干燥、包裝、儲運工序和副產(chǎn)品芒硝及石膏等的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備以及與之配套的循環(huán)水設(shè)備。其他類似采用真空蒸發(fā)制鹽工藝及裝置生產(chǎn)的無機鹽(如芒硝)的設(shè)備安裝工程施工及驗收亦可參照本規(guī)范執(zhí)行。熱壓制鹽工程的施工及驗收參照本規(guī)范執(zhí)行。本規(guī)范未包括供熱、發(fā)電、機修、供水(不含制鹽循環(huán)水)、自控、電氣等和國外設(shè)備的安裝,其施工及驗收,應(yīng)按有關(guān)現(xiàn)行或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定和國外隨機技術(shù)條件(含設(shè)計圖)的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。本規(guī)范涉及的管道安裝工程,其施工與驗收,應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 50235《工業(yè)金屬管道工程施工規(guī)范》、GB 50184《工業(yè)金屬管道工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》和GB 50236《現(xiàn)場設(shè)備、工業(yè)管道焊接工程施工規(guī)范》的相關(guān)規(guī)范規(guī)定執(zhí)行。本規(guī)范所引用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),凡是注日期的引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn),僅所注日期的版本適用于本規(guī)范。凡是不注日期的引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其新版本(包括所有的修改單)適用于本規(guī)范。

This part of ISO 15136 provides requirements for the design, design verification and validation, manufacturing and data control, performance ratings and repair of progressing cavity pump surface-drive systems for use in the petroleum and natural gas industry. This part of ISO 15136 is applicable to those products meeting the definition of surface-drive systems. Additionally, informative annexes provide information on brake system selection, installation, and operation; and sucker rod selection and use. Equipment not covered by this part of ISO 15136, unless integral by design, includes bottom drive systems, sucker rods, polished rod clamps, stuffing boxes, electrical controls, instrumentation, external power transmission devices, auxiliary equipment, such as belts, sheaves and equipment guards. These items might or might not be covered by other International Standards.
This first supplement of the DIN 85005 contains all the standards according to series DIN 85005 approved of series VG 85005 in all their sections. It will increase the transparency to these standards. And helpts make them more understandable to future users. This part of ISO 13628 provides general requirements and overall recommendations for development of complete subsea production systems, from the design phase to decommissioning and abandonment. This part of ISO 13628 is intended as an umbrella document to govern other parts of ISO 13628 dealing with more detailed requirements for the subsystems which typically form part of a subsea production system. However, in some areas (e.g. system design, structures, manifolds, lifting devices, and colour and marking) more detailed requirements are included herein, as these subjects are not covered in a subsystem standard.
This document provides requirements for the design, design verification and validation, manufacturing and data control, performance ratings, functional evaluation, repair, handling and storage of progressing cavity pumps for use in the petroleum and natural gas industry. This part of ISO 15136 is applicable to those products meeting the definition of progressing cavity pumps (PCP) included herein. Connections to the drive string and tubulars are not covered. This International Standard includes normative annexes that establish requirements for: characterization and testing of stator elastomer material, design validation and functional evaluation. Additionally, informative annexes provide information for PCP elastomer selection and testing, installation, startup and operation guidelines, equipment selection and application guidelines, functional specification form, used pump evaluation, drive string selection and use, repair and reconditioning procedures and auxiliary equipment. Equipment not covered by the requirements of this part of ISO 15136 includes: bottom drive systems except for the PCP components, drive string components and auxiliary equipment such as tag bars, gas separators and torque anchors.
