本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了手動(dòng)自定心卡盤(pán)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)卡盤(pán))的型式和參數(shù)、技術(shù)要求、試驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則、標(biāo)志及包裝。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于盤(pán)絲式三爪卡盤(pán),其他盤(pán)絲式卡盤(pán)也可參照使用。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了金屬切削機(jī)床的一般術(shù)語(yǔ)、車(chē)床、銑床、鉆床、鏜床、磨床、齒輪加工機(jī)床、螺紋加工機(jī)床、刨床和插床、拉床、鋸床、組合機(jī)床及組合機(jī)床自動(dòng)線、刻線機(jī)、管子加工機(jī)床、機(jī)床附件,運(yùn)動(dòng)、參數(shù)、零部件和加工方法的術(shù)語(yǔ)及其定義。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于一般用途的金屬切削機(jī)床(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)機(jī)床)。

This part of ISO 3442 specifies the sizes for interchangeability of self-centring, manually operated chucks with two-piece jaws (tongue and groove type) and describes, by reference to ISO 230-1, the geometric tests for such chucks. It also specifies the tolerances which apply to these tests.

It does not apply to other dynamic qualities, such as measurement of counterbalancing, balancing or measurement of gripping powers.
