GB/T 150.2-2011壓力容器 第2部分:材料

GB 150的本部分規(guī)定了壓力容器受壓元件用鋼材允許使用的鋼號及其標準,鋼材的附加技術(shù)要求,鋼材的使用范圍(溫度和壓力)和許用應(yīng)力。 本部分適用于設(shè)計溫度-253℃~800℃、設(shè)計壓力不大于35MPa的壓力容器。 本部分不適用的范圍為:GB 150.1規(guī)定的不適用范圍;制冷、造紙行業(yè)的容器,搪玻璃容器和簡單壓力容器;TSG R0004中1.4條所規(guī)定的范圍。

GB/T 12224-2015鋼制閥門 一般要求

本標準規(guī)定了鋼制閥門的壓力-溫度額度值、材料、設(shè)計要求、檢驗與試驗、標志和對特殊壓力級閥門及限定壓力級閥門的要求等內(nèi)容。本標準適用于承壓件采用表1A和表1B給出的材料;閥體采用鑄造、鍛造滾壓、軋制和組焊加工;法蘭、螺紋和焊連接,以及對夾式和用于單法蘭安裝的閥門。本標準包括公稱壓力為Class系列和PN系列的閥門。本標準適用的鋼制閥門參數(shù)范圍為:a) Class系列閥門的壓力等級為Class150~Class4500,其中Class4500僅適用于焊連接閥門;PN系列閥門的壓力等級為PN2.5~PN400;b) 法蘭連接閥門的公稱尺寸不大于DN1250;c) 承插焊接閥門和螺紋連接閥門的公稱尺寸不大于DN65;d) 螺紋連接閥門的額定溫度不大于538 ℃,壓力等級不大于Class2500;e) 法蘭連接閥門僅適用于標準壓力級,不適用于特殊壓力級和限定壓力級閥門;f) 法蘭連接閥門沒有中間壓力等級。

本標準規(guī)定了鋼制對焊管件(以下簡稱管件)的訂貨內(nèi)容、材料、制造、熱處理、檢驗與試驗、焊接修補、表面防護與包裝和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量合格證明書等技術(shù)要求。本標準適用于GB/T 12459中規(guī)定的管件。其他管件亦可參照使用。

GB/T 21412.5-2017石油天然氣工業(yè) 水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和操作 第5部分:水下臍帶纜

本標準規(guī)定了長輸(油氣)商品介質(zhì)管道(GA類)建設(shè)、投產(chǎn),在役管道的運行、維修及檢驗等技術(shù)要求。本標準適用于長輸管道建設(shè)的設(shè)計、材料、安裝、無損檢測、投產(chǎn)和在役管道的運行、維修及檢驗。本長輸管道系指產(chǎn)地、儲存庫、用戶間的用于輸送(油氣)商品介質(zhì)的管道。本標準適用的管道系統(tǒng)范圍見圖1所示。油氣田集輸管道符合本標準的相關(guān)條件的可執(zhí)行本標準。本標準不適用于公用管道(GB類)、工業(yè)管道(GC類)、動力管面(GD類);也不適用于其他類型的管道,如電氣(電訊)專用的管道、軍事裝備和核設(shè)施的管道、海上設(shè)施和礦井的管道、移動設(shè)備上的管道、石油、天然氣、地?zé)岬瓤碧胶筒删蜓b置的管道、城鎮(zhèn)的門站后所屬的燃氣管網(wǎng)。

GB/T 35072-2018石油天然氣工業(yè)用耐腐蝕合金復(fù)合管件

本標準規(guī)定了石油天然氣工業(yè)管道輸送系統(tǒng)用公稱直徑DN 50~DN 800以耐腐蝕合金作為內(nèi)覆層的冶金復(fù)合管件的設(shè)計、幾何尺寸、材料、制造工藝、技術(shù)要求和檢驗方法、NDT、表面質(zhì)量與缺陷處理、標志、運輸和防護等基本要求。本標準適用于石油天然氣工業(yè)領(lǐng)域輸送管道以及工藝管道輸送含有腐蝕性介質(zhì)的石油、天然氣和水等單相或多相流體用耐腐蝕合金復(fù)合管件,其他領(lǐng)域也可參照使用。本標準復(fù)合管件包括彎頭、三通、異徑接頭和管帽。
