本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了鋼制對焊管件(以下簡稱管件)的訂貨內(nèi)容、材料、制造、熱處理、檢驗與試驗、焊接修補、表面防護(hù)與包裝和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量合格證明書等技術(shù)要求。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于GB/T 12459中規(guī)定的管件。其他管件亦可參照使用。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了結(jié)構(gòu)用直縫埋弧焊接鋼管的尺寸、外形、重量、技術(shù)要求、試驗方法、檢驗規(guī)則、標(biāo)志、包裝和質(zhì)量證明書。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于建筑、橋梁、塔架、樁柱、支桿和其他一般結(jié)構(gòu)用的外徑不小于400 mm的直縫埋弧焊接鋼管(以下簡稱“鋼管”),不適用于機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼管。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了鍛制承插焊和螺紋活接頭的品種與代號、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、級別、接管尺寸、訂貨內(nèi)容、尺寸與公差、材料、制造、熱處理、檢驗和試驗以及標(biāo)志等要求。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于工業(yè)管道系統(tǒng)中公稱尺寸不大于DN80(NPS 3)、級別為Class 3000的承插焊和螺紋活接頭。
本規(guī)范適用于設(shè)計壓力不大于42MPa,設(shè)計溫度不超過材料允許使用溫度的工業(yè)金屬管道工程的施工。本規(guī)范不適用于下列工業(yè)金屬管道的施工:1 石油、天然氣、地?zé)岬瓤碧胶筒删蜓b置的管道;2 長輸管道;3 核能裝置的專用管道;4 海上設(shè)施和礦井的管道;5 采暖通風(fēng)與空氣調(diào)節(jié)的管道及非圓形截面的管道。
為提高工程建設(shè)施工現(xiàn)場設(shè)備和工業(yè)金屬管道焊接工程的施工水平,加強(qiáng)焊接工程施工過程的質(zhì)量控制,保證工程質(zhì)量和安全,制定本規(guī)范。本規(guī)范適用于碳素鋼、合金鋼、鋁及鋁合金、銅及銅合金、鈦及鈦合金(低合金鈦)、鎳及鎳合金、鋯及鋯合金材料的焊接工程的施工。本規(guī)范適用的焊接方法包括氣焊、焊條電弧焊、埋弧焊、鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)電弧焊、熔化極氣體保護(hù)電弧焊、自保護(hù)藥芯焊絲電弧焊、氣電立焊和螺柱焊。焊接工程的施工,應(yīng)按設(shè)計文件及本規(guī)范的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。 當(dāng)需要修改設(shè)計文件及材料代用時,必須經(jīng)原設(shè)計單位同意,并出具書面文件。本規(guī)范應(yīng)與現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《現(xiàn)場設(shè)備、工業(yè)管道焊接工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB 50683配合使用。焊接工程的施工應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行的節(jié)能減排、環(huán)境保護(hù)、安全技術(shù)和勞動保護(hù)等有關(guān)規(guī)定?,F(xiàn)場設(shè)備、工業(yè)管道焊接工程的施工除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范外,尚應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
本規(guī)范適用于選煤廠工藝管道安裝工程的施工與驗收。
本規(guī)范適用于設(shè)計壓力1Pa~0. 8MPa(G)、設(shè)計溫度-80℃~100℃的鈾濃縮工藝氣體管道。
本規(guī)定適用于蒸汽夾套板強(qiáng)度的校核計算。
本規(guī)范規(guī)定了石油化工機(jī)器設(shè)備安裝過程的機(jī)器設(shè)備開箱檢驗、基礎(chǔ)處理和灌漿、零部件清洗和裝配、對中找正和單機(jī)試運轉(zhuǎn)的技術(shù)要求與質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本規(guī)范適用于石油化工、煤化工和天然氣化工建設(shè)工程項目機(jī)器設(shè)備安裝工程的施工及驗收。
