本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了銅制壓力容器的設(shè)計(jì)、制造、檢驗(yàn)和驗(yàn)收要求。銅制常壓容器亦可參照本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。1.1 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于設(shè)計(jì)壓力不大于35MPa的容器。1.2 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用的設(shè)計(jì)溫度范圍按銅材及其復(fù)合鋼板允許的使用溫度確定。銅材襯里容器適用的設(shè)計(jì)溫度范圍除應(yīng)考慮銅襯層和鋼亮層材料分別允許的使用溫度外,還要考慮襯層和殼層材料彈性模量和熱膨脹系數(shù)的差別。1.3 下列各類(lèi)窗口不屬于本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的范圍:a)直接用加熱的容器;b)核能裝置中的容器;c)作為旋轉(zhuǎn)或往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的機(jī)械設(shè)備構(gòu)成部分的受壓器室(如離心泵殼、往復(fù)泵缸體、壓縮機(jī)缸體、冷凍機(jī)缸體、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)殼、離心機(jī)殼與轉(zhuǎn)鼓等);d)經(jīng)常手動(dòng)的容器;e)內(nèi)直徑(對(duì)蜚圓形截面,指寬度、高度或?qū)蔷€(xiàn),如矩形為對(duì)角線(xiàn)、橢圓為長(zhǎng)軸)小于150mm的容器;f)作疲勞分析的容器。1.4 對(duì)不能用本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)確定結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的受壓元件,允許用以下方法設(shè)計(jì),但需經(jīng)鍋爐壓力容器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)評(píng)定、認(rèn)可。a)包括有限元在內(nèi)的應(yīng)力分析;b)難性實(shí)驗(yàn)分析(如實(shí)驗(yàn)應(yīng)力分析、難性液壓試驗(yàn));c)用可比的已投入使用的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行對(duì)比經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。
This standard specifies how a preliminary arc brazing procedure specification is qualified by brazing procedure tests. It applies to steels.
This part of ISO 13628 addresses specific requirements and recommendations for subsea structures and manifolds, within the frameworks set forth by recognized and accepted industry specifications and standards. As such, it does not supersede or eliminate any requirement imposed by any other industry specification. This part of ISO 13628 covers subsea manifolds and templates utilized for pressure control in both subsea production of oil and gas, and subsea injection services.
This part of ISO 15614 specifies how a preliminary welding procedure specification is qualified by weldii procedure tests. It applies to the arc and gas welding of copper and copper alloys in all product forms.This part of ISO 15614 defines the conditions for the execution of welding procedure tests and the range qualification for welding procedures for all practical welding operations within the range of variables listed Clause 9.This part of ISO 15614 is applicable to all new welding procedures. However, it does not invalidate previot welding procedure tests made to former national standards or specifications. Where additional tests have be carried out to make the qualification technically equivalent, it is only necessary to do the additional tests c a test piece made in accordance with this part of ISO 15614.Additional tests may be required by application standards. The principles of this part of ISO 15614 may be applied to other fusion welding processes.
The document specifies requirements for the approval testing of welding procedures for the arc-welding of tube to tube-plate joints in metallic materials by manual, semiautomatic, automatic or mechanized processes. It is a part of a series of standards given in ISO 15607. Annex B gives details of these standards. Approval by tube to tube-plate joints tests can be used for all joints even if they are fully loaded or only seal welded as required in application standards.
