GB/T 40077-2021往復(fù)式容積泵和泵裝置 技術(shù)要求

本標準規(guī)定了有關(guān)往復(fù)式容積泵和泵裝置的技術(shù)要求,未對其安全性和試驗做出規(guī)定。本標準適用于通過曲軸和凸輪軸驅(qū)動往復(fù)運動的泵,也適用于流體驅(qū)動的直動泵。本標準不適用于輸送介質(zhì)不是水,且整臺泵采用所輸送的液體進行潤滑的往復(fù)式容積泵。

GSO EN 809-2011液體泵和泵裝置.通用安全要求

This European Standard establishes the technical safety requirements for: - constructing; - assembling; - erecting; - operating; - servicing; a liquid pump or pump unit. It contains a list of significant hazards, which can arise with the use of a liquid pump or pump unit, and establishes the requirements and/or protective measures which will lead to a reduction of the risks. Liquid pumps covered by this European Standard are: - rotodynamic pumps; - rotary positive displacement pumps; - reciprocating displacement pumps; supplied separately without drive (electric motor or internal combustion engine). In general, pumps are defined as being terminated by their inlet and outlet connections as well as by their shaft ends. Pumps supplied in this form are usually called bareshaft pumps. They are 'machines' in the definition of the Machinery Directive. The assembly of a bareshaft pump with its driver can require measures that are outside the scope of this European Standard. Pump units are described as: Liquid pumps together with a driver and including transmission elements, baseplates, and any auxiliary equipment. This European Standard does not deal either with the technical safety requirements for the design or manufacture of drivers nor of auxiliary equipment. It does not set down either requirements for the risks directly arising from means provided for the portability, transportability and mobility of pump units during or between periods of their operation, nor the requirements for transmission shafts linking a tractor or other self-propelled machinery to a pump. This European Standard does not cover pumps and pump units for the following applications: - pumps and pump units whose only power source is directly applied manual effort; - pumps and pump units for medical use used in direct contact with the patient; - pumps and pump units specially designed or put into service for nuclear purposes which, in the event of failure, can result in an emiss

GSO ISO 20361-2017液體泵和泵裝置噪聲測試規(guī)范精度等級2和3

ISO 20361:2015 specifies all the information necessary to carry out efficiently and under standardized conditions the determination, declaration, and verification of the airborne noise emission of liquid pumps or pump units. It specifies the noise measurement methods and the operating and mounting conditions that shall be used for the test. Noise emission characteristics include emission sound pressure levels at specified positions and the sound power level. The determination of these quantities is necessary for declaring the noise emission values, and purpose of noise control at source at the design stage. The determination of these quantities is also necessary for comparing the noise emitted by liquid pumps on the market. The use of ISO 20361:2015 ensures the reproducibility of the determination of the airborne noise-emission characteristics within specified limits determined by the grade of accuracy of the basic airborne noise measurement method used. Noise measurement methods according to ISO 20361:2015 are engineering methods (grade 2) and survey methods (grade 3). ISO 20361:2015 does not deal with the characterization of the structure-borne sound and liquid-borne noise generated by liquid pumps.

Contém uma lista de riscos, que podem ocorrer durante a utiliza??o de uma bomba para líquidos ou de uma unidade de bombagem, e estabelece os requisitos e/ou as medidas que conduzem a uma redu??o destes riscos.As bombas para líquidos s?o descritas como:- bombas centrífugas;- bombas volumétricas rotativas;- bombas alternativas;fornecidas em separado, sem comando.Em geral, as bombas s?o definidas como sendo limitadas pelas suas liga??es de entrada e de saída, assim como pelas suas extremidades dos veios.As unidades de bombagem abrangem os tipos de bombas para líquidos referidos com comando (motor eléctrico ou motor de combust?o interna), incluindo os elementos de transmiss?o, as bases de máquinas, e o equipamento auxiliar.A presente Norma n?o trata dos requisitos técnicos de seguran?a para a concep??o ou a fabrica??o dos comandos nem de qualquer outro equipamento auxiliar. N?o estabelece os requisitos para os riscos provenientes directamente dos meios proporcionados para a portabilidade, a transportabilidade, e a mobilidade das unidades de bombagem durante ou entre os períodos do seu funcionamento, nem os requisitos para os veios de transmiss?o que ligam um tractor ou qualquer outra maquinaria automotriz a uma bomba.A presente Norma n?o abrange as bombas e as unidades de bombagem destinadas a aplica??es excluídas do ambito da Directiva Máquinas, 89/392/CEE, que seguem:- bombas e unidades de bombagem cuja única fonte de alimenta??o consiste no esfor?o manual directamente aplicado;- bombas e unidades de bombagem para uso médico utilizadas em contacto directo com o paciente;- bombas e unidades de bombagem especialmente concebidas ou utilizadas para fins nucleares que, no caso de uma falha, podem resultar na emiss?o de radioactividade;- bombas e unidades de bombagem para uso em embarca??es marítimas ou unidades móveis de alto mar;- bombas e unidades de bombagem especialmente concebidas para fins militares ou policiais.Nem abrange bombas e unidades de bombagem para transmiss?o de energia hidráulica.Os requisitos específicos para características específicas de bombas que complementam o conjunto de requisitos gerais apresentado na presente Norma, encontram-se noutras normas, tais como, prEN 1028, prEN 1151, prEN 1829, e nas Normas Europeias respeitantes a unidades de bombagem submersíveis e a bombas para líquidos para uso nas indústrias de produtos agro-alimentares.A presente norma diz respeito a bombas e unidades de bombagem inseridas no mercado após a data de publica??o da presente Norma Europeia.
