本部分適用于便攜式的、輸出直流電壓不超過60V、輸出功率不超過240W的微型燃料電池發(fā)電系統(tǒng)、微型燃料電池動(dòng)力單元和燃料容器。便攜式燃料電池發(fā)電系統(tǒng)若輸出電壓超出該限制,則參考IEC 62282-5-1。本部分中的產(chǎn)品不適用于GB 2900.35-2008第3章所定義的危險(xiǎn)場所。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了平衡車用鋰離子電池和電池組的術(shù)語和定義、要求、試驗(yàn)方法、質(zhì)量評定及標(biāo)識、包裝、運(yùn)輸和儲存。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于平衡車用鋰離子電池和電池組。對于無自平衡功能的滑板車等類似產(chǎn)品的鋰離子電池、電池組也參考適用。

This part of IEC 61960 specifies performance tests, designations, markings, dimensions and other requirements for coin secondary lithium cells and batteries for portable applications and backup power supply such as memory backup applications. The objective of this document is to provide the purchasers and users of coin secondary lithium cells and batteries with a set of criteria with which they can assess the performance of coin secondary lithium cells and batteries offered by various manufacturers. This document defines a minimum required level of performance and a standardized methodology by which testing is performed and the results of this testing reported to the user. Hence, users will be able to establish the viability of commercially available cells and batteries via the declared specification and thus be able to select the cell or battery best suited for their intended application. This document covers coin secondary lithium cells and batteries with a range of chemistries. Each electrochemical couple has a characteristic voltage range over which, during discharge, it releases its electrical capacity, a characteristic nominal voltage and a characteristic end-of- discharge voltage. Users of coin secondary lithium cells and batteries are requested to consult the manufacturer for advice. This document also provides guidelines for designers of equipment using lithium batteries (see Annex A).
1.1 These requirements cover self-contained drinking-water coolers which employ hermetic refrigerantmotor-compressors and which are designed for connection to alternating-current circuits rated not greaterthan 600 volts in accordance with the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70. The requirements also apply towater coolers which supply both hot and cold water.1.2 These requirements do not include additional requirements applicable to equipment designed for usein hazardous locations as defined in the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70.1.3 A product that contains features, characteristics, components, materials, or systems new or differentfrom those covered by the requirements in this standard, and that involves a risk of fire, electric shock, orinjury to persons shall be evaluated using the appropriate additional component and end-productrequirements as determined necessary to maintain the acceptable level of safety as originally anticipatedby the intent of this standard. A product whose features, characteristics, components, materials, orsystems conflict with specific requirements or provisions of this standard cannot be judged to comply withthis standard. Where considered appropriate, revision of requirements shall be proposed and adopted inconformance with the methods employed for development, revision, and implementation of this standard.
1.1 These requirements cover portable primary (nonrechargeable) and secondary (rechargeable)batteries for use as power sources in products. These batteries consist of either a single electrochemicalcell or two or more cells connected in series, parallel, or both, that convert chemical energy into electricalenergy by chemical reaction.1.2 These requirements are intended to reduce the risk of fire or explosion when batteries are used in aproduct. The proper use of these batteries in a particular application is dependent on their use in acomplete product that complies with the requirements applicable to such a product.1.3 These requirements are intended to cover batteries for general use and do not include thecombination of the battery and the host product which are covered by requirements in the host productstandard.1.4 These requirements are also intended to reduce the risk of injury to persons due to fire or explosionwhen batteries are removed from a product to be transported, stored, or discarded.1.5 These requirements do not cover the toxicity risk that results from the ingestion of a battery or itscontents, nor the risk of injury to persons that occurs if a battery is cut open to provide access to itscontents.
