GB/T 19355.1-2016鋅覆蓋層 鋼鐵結(jié)構(gòu)防腐蝕的指南和建議 第1部分:設(shè)計(jì)與防腐蝕的基本原則

GB/T 19355的本部分對暴露在不同使用環(huán)境下的結(jié)構(gòu)件所使用的防腐蝕鋅覆蓋層及耐腐蝕等級提出了設(shè)計(jì)指南和建議。初始保護(hù)涉及到：——可行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工藝；——設(shè)計(jì)要求；——使用環(huán)境。本部分適用于采用以下工藝獲得的鋅覆蓋層：a)　熱浸鍍鋅層(熱浸鍍鋅制件)；b)　熱浸鍍鋅層(連續(xù)熱浸鍍鋅鋼板)；c)　粉末滲鋅層；d)　熱噴涂層；e)　機(jī)械鍍層；f)　電鍍鋅層。這些指南和建議不涉及鍍鋅鋼服役中的防腐蝕維修。這個問題的指南，可以參見ISO 12944-5和ISO 12944-8。
