GB/T 7251的本部分規(guī)定了公用電網(wǎng)配電成套設(shè)備(PENDA)的具體要求。PENDA符合以下要求:——用于額定電壓不超過交流1 000 V的三相系統(tǒng)的電能分配(見圖101的典型配電網(wǎng)絡(luò));——固定式的;——開啟式成套設(shè)備不包含在本部分中;——適用于安裝在僅人員可使用的場所,戶外式可安裝在普通人員可接近的場所;——用于戶內(nèi)或戶外。本部分旨在為PENDA說明定義,規(guī)定使用條件、結(jié)構(gòu)要求、技術(shù)特性和試驗。電網(wǎng)參數(shù)可能要求在較高性能水平下試驗。PENDA可包括與電能分配相關(guān)聯(lián)的控制和/或信號器件。本部分適用于一次性設(shè)計、制造或完全標準化批量制造的所有PENDA。進行生產(chǎn)和/或組裝的可以不是初始制造商(見GB/T 7251.1—2013的3.10.1)。本部分不適用于符合相關(guān)產(chǎn)品標準的單獨的器件和整裝的元件,如電機起動器、熔斷器式開關(guān)、電子設(shè)備等。本部分不適用于GB/T 7251其他部分所涵蓋的特定類型成套設(shè)備。

This European standard is valid for snow ploughs designed to be fitted to winter maintenance vehicles on their front-mounting plates according to EN 15432 and also for side-mounted snow ploughs. Requirements regarding the testing of override security systems and/or bump security systems of front-mounted or side-mounted snow ploughs for winter service are determined by this document. This document is meant to assess the demands made on snow ploughs operated in traffic. The document is valid for: single-side snow ploughs; variable V-ploughs. The following points are not standardized by this document: V-shaped snow ploughs; requirements for registration and approval; requirements made by carrier vehicle manufacturers; requirements on safety-these are dealt with in EN 13021.
