本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了家用烹飪、燒烤及類似用途的便攜式電器的性能測試方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于家用烹飪、燒烤及類似用途的便攜式電器。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定義了用戶感興趣的此類器具的主要性能特性，并規(guī)定了測試方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不涉及產(chǎn)品的安全要求和性能要求。由于時(shí)間和測試材料、成分的差異以及實(shí)驗(yàn)操作員主觀判斷的影響，當(dāng)考慮精確度和可重復(fù)性時(shí)，利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所描述的測試方法在大致相同的時(shí)間段內(nèi)，在同一實(shí)驗(yàn)室，由同一操作員使用相同的器具進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)會(huì)比在不同實(shí)驗(yàn)室對某一臺(tái)器具進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)具有更高的可靠性。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于家用的微波爐、電灶、灶臺(tái)、爐和烤架，也不適用于專門為商用和工業(yè)用而設(shè)計(jì)的器具。
